Another week has come and gone, with the coming of Spring there are dozens more projects that need to be worked on around the house and never enough time to do any of them. Progress is still slow on the manuscript but now I feel at least that it is headed in the right direction. With posts here and posts to the new EclecticEngine blog, I feel like I’m being eaten by my own computer. I can’t complain, blogging is writing and the more you write the better you get. I’m told with time the process will speed up as well. That, or my posts might get shorter.
With that said, here is the list of this week’s posts:
Quickly Quotable #9 – A personal favorite by Marianne Williamson
Always look on the bright side – An inspirational video to start off the week
The End of the World! – Crazy weather here in Utah
“Dialogue punctuation?” he said, “But why?” -A review of the rules of dialogue punctuation
On Writing, A Memoir of the Craft by Stephen King – A list of lessons I learned from the book
Fun Friday: Mistranslated Advertising – Just when you thought it was safe to market your product worldwide, guess again!
See you on Monday!
Mein Gott undt Liddle Vishes! Didn’t you just do one of these? The weeks, they come and go with the rapidity of the wings of a flying bird. You can just feel the wind.
It’s amazing how time passes so quickly. I would like it to slow down a bit, I have too many things to do!
My sentiments exactly, Rik! And another week bites the dust . . .
A stellar week of posts for you, Jo.
Thanks!
